I see a little confusion however when you say that having the associate degree and bachelor degrees are assets and needed, but then stated you support the bachelor degree as the minimum requirement for licensure. We can’t have both. If the BSN was to be required to sit for licensure, the associate degree would go away. OR maybe the associate degree would replace the LPN requirement.
